I'm trying to blog everyday for a month..again. I did it last year and really enjoyed it. So here is my first post for February, where has the time gone already.

I won a giveaway a while back which included two barry m coconut nails. I've been intrigued by these ever since they were announced.  They claim to be hydrating and my nails could do with some hydrating...

2017 GOALS

2017. Time for all the "New Year, New Me" bull posts around social media. To hell with that. If I want to change something about me, I'll start on a Monday (lol, but seriously I end up doing this all the time and I need to stop) I'm going to carry on eating all the wrong foods that taste so right because life is too short to worry about things like that. I already hate 2017 because it's my birthday on the 16th of Jan and well I still feel like I should be twenty but the truth is I'm much closer to thirty then I want to be. Oh well.

As I'm currently typing this I have a cup of tea waiting for me on the table and the Practical Magic soundtrack blasting through my speakers. Singing along to Stevie Nicks just reminds me of how much I adore this film & how much I'd love to live in a world filled with real magic. Now that I have some free time on my hands, I might as well dive back into blogging while job hunting. I was going to put some washing on. I'm procrastinating. Shhh.

Traveling to flamingo-land was a lovely sight for the eyes. As I looked out of the bus window, I saw beautiful cottage homes, you know, homes that don't have numbers but names. Where everyone knows each other & foliage grows around house windows, shops look more expensive than they are and no litter in sight. My future self wants to live in this village, current self loves living near city's too much. Anyway.. here are a few photos I took while I was there..
